Education:

• He graduated from Riga Medical Institute, then finished residency in the specialty “General Surgery”.
• He continued his postgraduate education in Latvia

Activity:

Consultations, examinations (rectoscopy), performs treatment (including surgical) with following control and postoperative management of patients

Experience in bariatric surgery (surgery for radical weight loss) since 2005 “Gastric bypass” and “Sleeve gastrectomy” procedures, experience in proctology since 2001 – ligation procedures, THD, LONGO-type surgery for the treatment of hemorrhoids. Laparoscopic surgery – surgeries on hernias, gallbladder, resection of the intestines, stomach, surgical treatment for reflux disease. The number of successful surgergical procedures is in the thousands
